Hello, thanks for visiting our web site. This is us; Andrea and Wayne Qualkinbush, the owners and managers of KabOOdles. We're a family run small business in New Bern, NC owned and operated by a husband-wife team. Having children of our own, we realized that birthday parties and other get-togethers were just not much fun around here. Unless you wanted to go skating or bowling, there really wasn't much else to do, so we decided to open KabOOdles in December 2005. Our vision for KabOOdles is to provide a place to celebrate children. Parties, stuffed animals, toys, candy, games and fun. Simply put, we want to be New Bern's favorite one-stop-shop for all things children. We hope to become the best children's party, toy and candy store around. We work hard at providing an interesting selection of toy and candy products at fair prices. We carry innovative and thinking toys, science and learning kits, interesting puzzles, and other educational items. But we also want to ensure there is a selection of "simple & fun" toys as well. We think you'll like our selection, great service, and our neat and roomy store. Oh, by the way, KabOOdles isn't a chain - it's our invention! Please visit us sometime, we'd love to meet you.
